Havana

We're Off to Havana!

Here are a few of our exciting events and adventures we include:

1. Mojito's galore!

2. Cigar's galore!

3. A pig roast at the wonderful Hemingway Yacht club, this club is located in the largest Marina in Cuba, 9 miles west of Havana.

4. Dinner at the San Cristobal Paladar in Old Havana. You will meet the owner Carlos, each of you will receive a hand rolled signature cigar, plus a shot of their exclusive House Rum.

5. Late evening Music and Rum Jam Sessions with the locals on the Malecón, hosted by your very own Guitarists Brian Nova & Julio Reyes.

6. 7:00 AM Breakfast every morning at the Nacional. Our waiters on the 6th floor Executive Level at the Nacional will get you anything you wish.

7. A special visit/clinic/concert at "Clave de Sol", the 200 piece Children's Guitar Orchestra. Clave de Sol is one of the Children's troops we help support in Havana.

8. Old Havana four plaza city tour, Cathedral Square, Armes Square, San Francisco Square, Plaza Vieja.

9. A visit to the Floridita bar on the Obispo, birth place of the daiquiri, and Hemingway's favorite hang.

10. A visit to Kcho's Art Studio.

11. A very special dinner/performance, enjoy the trio - Ariel, Rolli, Adelfo and special guest Iovani Rodriguez.

12. A trip to Vedado and Havana Moderna, found within Havana's Plaza de la Revolución, the beautiful Vedado district.

13. Fusterlandia, the studio, residence and wild kingdom of José Rodriguez Fuster. You will not believe this place.

14. The Cementerio de Colon Museum. This may seem like an odd side trip, but this is one of the top sites in Cuba.

15. El Aljibe - Criolla cuisine restaurant, Cuban cuisine, the real deal, chicken with Moro y Cristianos, "Moors and Christians". "Moors" refers to black beans and "Christians" to the rice. AND, the Havana Club bar, a great photo-op, our concert will feature our very own Brian Nova performing along side "Beecho", Habana's TOP Tres player, yet another Cuban virtuoso.

16. The Folklorico Nacional de Cuba for a private Afro Cuban dance concert. This dance troop is above and beyond AMAZING!

17. Dinner in old Havana at La Guardia Restaurant. The entrance alone is worth the trip.

18. Cigar factory tour.

19. La Baracca Paladar at the Nacional Hotel, with a menu featuring smoked beef, pork and chicken, outdoors under a thatched roof.

20. Ferry ride across Havana Bay.

21. Ernest Hemingway's Finca La Vigia Hemingway's Cuban home. "Finca Vigia, meaning "lookout house," is located in the small, working-class town of San Francisco de Paula ten miles east of Havana.

22. Ajiaco Cafe - yet another live Music Lunch.

23. The Nacional Hotel Hotel tour.

24. Hop in those Classic Cars and head off to The Havana Country Club, the one with no golf course. We will drive down 5th Ave, Embassy Row. Cuba has more embassies than any other country on the planet.

25. Brunch at The Havana Biltmore Country Club.

26. A trip to a real Cuban Grocery Store.

27.The Nacional, where you can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and just relax.

28. Shopping, our bus and guides will take you on a shopping spree at the warehouse mall, (Almacenes de San José on the Port of Havana), an absolutely ENORMOUS warehouse. Here you can find those special souvenirs and gifts.

29. A 4-hour fishing trip for those that wish to partake, (4 guests at a time), right off the coast on our very own saltwater fishing boat.

30. The infamous Churchill Bar.

31. The infamous Fame Bar.

32. The Nacional's courtyard garden, mojitos, cigars, Music every night.

33. The Nacional Hotel Hotel tour.

34. Havana Compass Dance, you won't believe the experience.

35. Ariel Naranjo Rodriguez, Raul Julian Riveno Sierra & Adelfo Florian Gongaliz. Our very own Cuban Trio.

36. A special clinic/concert at La Colmenita (the little beehive). La Colmenita will entertain us with a private concert. La Colmenita is one of the Children's troops we help support in Havana.
